NMA Top 100 Interactive Agencies 2007

22nd October 2007

2007 really has been a top year for us at HeathWallace. And it’s great that our performance has been recognised by the NMA Top 100 awards.

We are delighted to have improved our position in the NMA Top 100 from 96 in 2006 to 81 in 2007. This is based on our continued growth, both in terms of revenue and staff numbers.

HeathWallace is still an independent company, serving some of the worlds’ largest financial institutions. Our focus has always been to deliver great user experiences for customers within the financial sector. By sticking to this mantra, we have provided our clients with impressive and tangible business benefits.

Global Market Leader

HeathWallace can now be considered the dominant supplier of digital services to the financial sector globally. Managing Director, Dave Wallace said, “We have successfully rolled out our business model to the Far East where our Hong Kong office is going from strength to strength. We’re also seeing a very strong appetite for our pragmatic, yet creative approach in the US”.

Continuous Improvement

When we talk about delivering outstanding customer service, we mean it. This means continually assessing the way we service our clients, and also helping them to measure and optimise their digital offerings. Our clients often testify that despite our continued growth, HeathWallace remains as flexible and agile as we were as a small start-up venture.

Job Well Done

Our motivation is derived from the satisfaction of knowing we did a great job. However, awards like the NMA Top 100 also play a role in helping us understand where we stand against some of the industry’s biggest players. We’re certainly not scared of a challenge, so let’s look forward to an even better rating in 2008!
