2nd January 2009
2008 has been another positive year for us at HeathWallace, our performance has been once again recognised by the NMA Top 100 awards. HeathWallace has now risen to the top 50 NMA UK interactive agencies.
We are delighted to have improved our position from 96th in 2006 to 81st in 2007 and now to 46th place. This is based on our continued growth, both in terms of revenue and staff numbers.
HeathWallace can now be considered the dominant supplier of digital services to the financial sector globally. Managing Director, Dave Wallace said, “We have successfully rolled out our business model to the Far East where our Hong Kong office is going from strength to strength. Following the launch of our Chicago office April 2008 we’re also seeing a very strong appetite for our pragmatic, yet creative approach in the US”.
When we talk about delivering outstanding customer service, we mean it. This means continually assessing the way we service our clients, and also helping them to measure and optimise their digital offerings. Our clients often testify that despite our continued growth, HeathWallace remains as flexible and agile as we were as a small start-up venture.
Our motivation is derived from the satisfaction of knowing we did a great job. However, awards like the NMA Top 100 also play a role in helping us understand where we stand against some of the industry’s biggest players. We’re certainly not scared of a challenge, so let’s look forward to an even better rating in 2009!
