Our Approach
At HeathWallace, we take an approach that is appropriate for every individual project and client. Whilst we do have a robust structure for managing projects, it is the flexibility in our approach that always gets results!
A Typical Project
At HeathWallace we use a structured, phased approach to managing projects. However, we accept that not all projects are same, and many companies have slightly different methodologies.
Project Phases
As the starting point of a piece of work, Project Initiation is a most crucial phase. We generally advise that this phase takes no longer than a couple of weeks, but it is worth the up-front effort to set everybody's expectations.
