Our Services: Project Management
All HeathWallace projects are managed by experienced project managers within our Client Services function. Using PRINCE2 as a foundation, we have developed a robust yet flexible methodology that is proven to work for any type of web project.
We would typically look to split a project into distinct phases that clearly show the progression of work throughout the project. Clear definition of milestones, deliverables and dependencies are depicted through a GANTT chart at the start of every project. This creates a common-sense structure for the project and also sets the expectations of all stakeholders.
Our project managers work closely with the design and development teams to ensure that the right solution is developed for each project. Whilst we do encourage direct contact between clients and other project resources, it is the project managers who provide the day to day contact and relationship management.
